Christmas pictures - FINALLY!!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! This will be Kati's last year to be an only grandchild. Next year there will be 3! Lots of babies at next Thanksgiving and Christmas!

From these beautiful pictures that my mom captured, you'd never believe that she's a terror - right? She's not. Just a 2 - ALMOST 3 year old.

I'm amazed at how grown up Kati is getting to be. She will soon be 3 - in less than 2 1/2 months, and I'm praying that the "2's faze" will be over. I love her to pieces, but the out-of-NOWHERE fits are getting a little old. This morning it was - I WANT TO WEAR my HOUSESHOES to school. Her puppy flip flop houseshoes! And it was 27 degrees outside. AND they are HOUSESHOES. Then she yelled - I want my PeeMaw (my mom). She had time out this morning before school. Now that's not a good start to a day.

Mom told me that she didn't want to pick something up earlier, so she asked her if she could stand in the corner INSTEAD of picking it up. She told her she can pick it up BEFORE or AFTER timeout, but she was GOING to pick it up!

She knows we're going to have a little brother or sister, but she thinks it's going to be a puppy. It will just be a surprise when it's not. Maybe.

I will once again make a New Year's Resolution to Blog more. I really want to, but when I sit at a computer all day, it's really hard to do that at home. I also want to do pictures more, so I may make that Kris's New Year's Resolution... since he has the new camera! I don't think I should have a camera. I drop them and break them. And I'm not good at getting good pictures.

I go back to the DR on Monday, January 15th, just for blood work and stuff. I think we'll know in February if it's a boy or girl. Our ESTIMATED Due Date is July 14th, but July 11th is such a good day, I may ask for that date - ha. Kris and I will be married 10 years on the 11th and our friend Brian will be somewhere under 40. ha. I think 33 this year? We like that date anyway! Brian is good a sharing with us! Thanks man! Can you believe it's been 10 years?
