Fun at home the other night... She's really tired, but we have to keep her awake as long as possible! She really loves her sleep!

She's growing so fast! 12 1/2 months! Seems like just yesterday... I don't remember what we did before she came along. Crazy, but true. Our lives were no fun before her! She is - Kati - Kaitlyn Jade - not like any other. We are learning that it's not as easy as when she was a baby... she really has a mind of her own. I'm not sure where she gets her little attitude and outgoing ability to capture even a strangers heart, but she has it. She's got it! Whatever it is, she has it. Tonight as we ate dinner, she got the attention of every table around us! They all had to come over and talk to her. Even the waitress was at her every need... I hope she doesn't get spoiled as everyone in the world seems to be wrapped around her little bitty finger. We're going to have a job raising this one! If we wait too long to have any more kids, she may be completely rotten. Although, Kris and I both want to wait at least 3-4 years... we really will have to think about it! Mom and Dad have already bought her a house and talking about buying her a car (and she just started walking a few months ago... maybe we should upgrade to a castle and a limo - I mean - come on, she is the only grandchild... I'm really not too worried, I have a feeling the new is going to wear off anyday.... we keep scrubbing every night in the bath, but it hasn't worn off yet.

Easter is soon...

We are getting ready for Easter! This is going to be fun! She really has a fun at everything now. I'm getting better at taking pictures and the digital camera is great! What did we do without these? (Most of these Mom took - and she must have been a photographer in another lifetime because these are great!)

Kati had a great time! I got so excited about her presents, we took pictures in almost everything. Here are some of them (above)... I try to make time to type... but every time I do, there is something more pressing to do. I've been putting off cleaning the garage, so I'm going to do that now. That is a collect all place. All trash, boxes, Kati's stuff, everything. Organization is not my strong point. If it doesn't have a place, it goes in the garage. I'll type more later. PS - tonight will be Kati's first ballgame... Rim Rockers in Little Rock! I'll let you know how it goes! We'll go early and go to the mall and out to eat, so she may sleep through the game!! HA

Here are some pictures when we were trying on clothes that we bought her for this fall... they are too big, but fun playing dress up with her.

March - A great month!

I want a vote of your favorite picture. This has been so hard for us to pick! (Plus - I may use that to know which one to send you a wallet of, when they come in.) We just got the proofs, and this was Kati's first time to touch cake! She was a little shocked by the taste, as you can probably tell from the pictures. Plus, she had and ear infection when these were taken - about a week ago.

Kati has started to walk - when she doesn't think about it. She will take a few steps toward something, and stand there, and wonder how she got there kind of. It's really cute to watch. She really likes anything that makes noise and has buttons. She REALLY loves music (like her momma). She has a favorite TV show - Doodlebops - you have to look it up on Disney if you can. Her favorite song that they sing is the "Get on the Bus" song. It's her morning motivation for getting ready for school...

We're doing Care Bears for her birthday! She hasn't watched them on TV much yet, but I love them and think they are cute! She' has 2 bottom teeth in, and the top two are almost in. Her favorite food right now - I think, is Mac and cheese, but she really likes almost anything you put in front of her (like Hunter)... She'll be 1 year old on March 14th, and this makes me wonder - What happened to the past 12 months? They go by SO quickly!!! This will wrap up about everything I can think of to tell today.
