Thank you Mom!!!!

Here are a few pictures that Mom took of Kati.
She loves her blocks!
Thank you PawPaw!

Here is another picture to go with the next blog.... Kati wanting to put her Leopard print hat on Hunter.

Time is precious

I need to do posts to the blog during the day. At night I'm just too tired to think of anything witty or cute to say. I will say that these pictures are all cute enough to make up for me having nothing really to say. Yes - YOU CAN be shocked that I have nothing to say. hahaha - get a good laugh and look at my baby! She looks wild doesn't she? Can anyone guess who bought her this swim suit?

June already.

Kati is about to be 15 months old on the 14th of June. I'm amazed by this baby girl. She is learning so fast and growing and able to do so many things, but the thing I think is the most amazing, is how she can make anyone smile. Maybe she'll be a comedian - on second thought - I hope not. I heard a girl on this America's Next Comedian or whatever it is, and she was talking about her mom - I don't think I hope that for her career. I learn new things each day with her, and ponder what she's thinking when she looks at me. Like today, we were listening to the Beach Babys - Beach Boys music to kids singing - my mom bought for Kati. We were dancing and playing and she looked at me and laughed and I thought - hmmm - does Kati think Mommy's funny? I was dancing kinda wild. Doing the twist to "Surfin' Safari". The really funny part to this is that Granny (91 years old) was sitting on the couch holding her stomach and laughing so hard and saying - "Kati - do you see your Mommy?" - I think Granny was just enjoying the show. She laughed more at us than any Comedy act - I know. Maybe I missed my calling?

Kati plays so hard, I know now why she takes naps. I took a nap when she did today. I think the ladies at her daycare should get naptime when they do, but they have to get snacks ready for after naps! I'm amazed that time moves so fast after kids. Months go by so quickly! I have to set reminders for everything now - everything - soon I'll be setting a reminder for brushing teeth and going to the bathroom. I already have one for "take vitamins" and "get up".

I'll post more soon. Life at the Honey House is always a blast.
